Thai Soup Recipe with a Bangla Video for Bangladeshi

Chicken/ Shrimp 1 cup Chopped
Lemon Grass 1 stick or paste 
1 can Coconut Milk 
2 cups of Water
1 Egg   
Black pepper  1 pinch
Green Chile pepper
Red Chile Paste
Red Chile Flakes
Lemon Zest or lemon leaves
Lime Juice 2 Table Spoons
Onion Leaves 2 to 3 leaves
Cilantro 2 pinch (Optional)
Tomato Sauce 1Table Spoon
You can use chicken stock, but I belive it is optional.
If any one boils the chiken it works as chicken stock.
I do not want the shrimp and chicken flavor together
How to Prepare:
1. Fist pour the coconut milk on the cooking pot and add a cup of two water in it in medium heat.
2. When it starts boiling, add the lemon grass and ginger to spread the flavor for 2 minutes in medium heat.
3. Add the shrimp or chiken and leave it for 2 minutes
4. Add the egg mixture in a single thread and stir it when you pour the egg.
4. Add all the ingredients but not lime juice, oninon leaves etc.
5. Leave them for 4 to 5 minutes while you stir them well.
6. Add the lime juice and oninon leaves to the soup before you serve it.
7. Serve it warm.
